Ernest Masilela is a qualified Electrician. Is currently in a maintenance field and problem solving in plant. Have an in depth knowledge of distribution boards, low voltage panels (MCC's), Medium Voltage Switch gear, electrical transformers, electrical motors (220V, 380Vand525V motors) and Variable Speed Drives (VSDs). He has experience of successfully coordinating and wiring of coal washing plant. He is comfortable working with people of all levels and having an excellent commercial approach to solving problems and developing business processes. Having proven people management skills, with the ability to manage performance and motive staff on an individual and team level. He also have extensive experience in medium voltage. He has a consistent track record of successfully completing projects from the time given with excellent results and is looking to expand his experience within a role that combines the new electrical technology, design and Maintenance.

I am an ECSA candidate Technologist. I am currently rendering technical support and maintenance in a petrochemical industry. I have vast experience in the Medium Voltage Switchgears manufacturing industry. I have an in depth knowledge of distribution boards, low voltage panels (MCC’s), Medium Voltage Switchgear (33kV, 15kV, 11kV, 6.6kV), electrical transformers of 33kV/380V and 33kV/11kV, electrical motors (LV 380V motors and MV 11kV motors),Variable Speed Drives(VSDs), maintaining electrical systems and components to required specifications, safety, reliability, quality and sustainability. I also have extensive experience in Project Management where I have a consistent track record of successfully completing projects from the concept and detail of the design through to implementation

Born 1984/07/12 in Phola location (ogies) completed matric in Mehlwana secondary school in 2006.i did my studies higher learning at Techkron Training college N1,N2 and N3.also did study at Coal Training College (CTC) blasting assistance and competent A. I did safety officer training at Ohs academy

Qualified safety officer with extensive experience in the mining industries such as coal mining, iron ore mining platinum and chrome mining . Currently doing BA in environmental management degree ,he hold the following qualifications in Health and safety Comsoc1&2, introduction to samtrac,incident investigation, legal liability
